I’m Deborah a foot health practitioner I used to treat mikes feet for him, I’ve only just found out about mikes passing, I’ve not seen him since just before Christmas I tried ringing him in the new year but there was no reply and then there had been the Covid lockdown, so with a little help from my friends I’ve just found his notice, I will miss mike he was a super man with a wicked sense of humour!! Loving thoughts go out to mike and his family xxxx

We are very sad to see this announcement. We met Mike at the Age UK cafe and often shared coffee with him. We loved hearing stories of his travels and life. His smile lit up our day. We have missed seeing him the last two months, our telephone calls were unanswered. As a last resort we went online today, only to read of his passing with great sadness.
Our sympathy goes out to his family. We would very much like to attend his funeral.
